I've said a lot about this song, but it really hit home yesterday. I was on the way back from the craft store looking for guitar paints and there was a guy and his buddy in a wheel chair with his Viet Nam disabled Vet ball cap on with the typical cardboard sign at the light. Was he a poseur? Very likely.. But what if not. And the $20bucks I gave him meant the difference between life or death for his meds or just a decent meal. I will never know and I really don't care. It's not my place to judge. I just observe and lend a hand when i can.. I can't save the world but I can help clean up my own back yard & try to mitigate some of the damage..Like I've said before "Even the most fantastic ideas suggest finely wrought judgments of the relations between the individual and the collective-The fluctuating boundary between the one and the many is an imagined Utopia-"
